Do you have baby cots?

Cots are available free upon request, subject to confirmation by the hotel for children under 3.

Is it necessary to give a credit card number to confirm the booking?

Yes. The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card provided and guarantee the booking, by booking pre-authorization of the cost of the first night of the stay.

Do you have connecting rooms?

The hotel does not have connecting rooms but can arrange adjacent rooms if requested at the time of booking, subject to hotel confirmation.

Do you have an elevator?

The hotel has an elevator to access all floors. The only exception is the Deluxe room which is on the fifth floor, reached by a staircase from the fourth floor.
